Assessment
Quality programming and starts with evidence-based assessments that identify needs and guide goal setting. We conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Environmental Assessments, as well as assessments highlighting developmental and functional needs.
Programming
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional programming that its trauma-informed, centered on best-practices, and helps learners gain the skills that they need to live quality lives and meet educational goals across all tiered levels of support.
Tier 1: We believe the largest part of behavioral challenges can be addressed through a macro-level approach. We can provide support and consultation in developing universal systems that help schools and other organizations boost wanted behaviors and address challenges.
Tier 2: We can help develop curriculum and systems for students who need additional support through small group interventions, check-in/check-out systems, or social-emotional skills instruction.
Tier 3: Centered around a personalized behavior support plan, we provide products like incidental and discrete teaching procedures that help develop academic, functional, and social-emotional skills that replace challenging behaviors and set individuals up for success.
